Since 2022, RosCar Alicante has provided access to over 100 cars from trusted local car rental companies. We are not a car rental company ourselves. Our role is to act as an aggregator, helping users find and book cars from local providers.
2. Booking and Rental Options
Cars can be rented with pick-up at the airport, city delivery, or hotel delivery. Key benefits include:
- No deposit required
- No credit card needed
- Unlimited mileage
- Free cancellation
3. How to Book
To reserve a car, you must:
- Choose pick-up and drop-off locations
- Select the type of car
- Choose additional options such as no deposit, no credit card, insurance, or a child seat
- Provide the driver’s contact information
- Complete the booking by paying 15-20% of the rental price
After booking, you will receive a voucher by email with instructions and the contact details of the car rental company.
4. Payment
Part of the payment (15-20%) is made during booking to secure the car. The remaining balance is usually paid directly to the car rental company according to their terms.
5. Cancellations and Modifications
You can cancel your booking free of charge before the rental period starts. Any changes should be coordinated directly with the rental company using the contact information provided in your voucher.
6. Responsibility and Liability
RosCar Alicante only facilitates bookings between users and local car rental companies. We are not responsible for the condition, service, or performance of the vehicles. All rental agreements and insurance are directly with the rental company.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes related to the use of our website or services will be resolved under Spanish law.
